High Performance Filtration Systems

Since its inception FTA has developed a unique place in the heavy
and light industrial, manufacturing processes, trucking, automotive
and mining sectors across Australia.

Filter Technology Australia's knife-edge filtration systems deliver
low cost, compact and easy to maintain systems suitable for use
in oil or fuel.
In this world of high component cost and expensive down time, maintaining
cleanliness of fuel and oil is the key to improved efficiency of
your plant and equipment.
The key to the success of FTA's technology is the way in which
oils, fuels and solvents pass through the filter media. FTA's by-pass
oil and full flow fuel filters differ from conventional filtration
systems because FTA media is tightly wound around a central core
to a predetermined tension. The core is then pressure packed into
a Zytel canister.
The oils, fuels or solvents pass between the tightly wound media.
This is where the term depth filtration comes from, as the fluid
passes down the entire length of the filter media.

The Filtration Buggy is ideal for: when a machine is stood down
for a prolonged period, during a major service, when lubricant contamination
levels exceed manufacturers specifications.

on a sturdy chassis, the Filtration Buggy is easy to manoeuvre
in tight spaces. |
Benefits include: extended oil life, reduced down time, extended
component life, contamination levels maintained within manufacturers
specifications, warranty disputes related to contaminated lubricant
avoided. OEM element cost savings in machines such as large mining
shovels and excavator hydraulic systems can be significant.
Oil sampling is provided as part of the service. Three samples
are tested; before, during and after filtration.
Filtergrams which can determine element life, are also available
on request.
